What is your turnaround time?

Add 24 hours for any home shot on a Saturday.
Under 4,000 sq ft: 24 hours
4,000 – 7,999 sq ft: 48 hours
8,000+ sq ft: 72 hours

How many photos are provided for each house?

Under 2,000 sq ft: 32-40
2,000 – 2,999 sq ft: 40-50
3,000 – 3,999 sq ft: 50-65
4,000 – 4,999 sq ft: 60-80
5,000 – 5,999 sq ft: 70-100
6,000 – 6,999 sq ft: 100-130
7,000+ sq ft: 130+

How long do photo shoots last?

Under 3,000 sq ft: 30 to 45 min
3,000 – 3,999 sq ft: 1 to 1.5 hours
4,000 – 4,999 sq ft: 1.5 to 2 hours
5,000 – 5,999 sq ft: 2 to 2.5 hours
6,000 – 6,999 sq ft: 2.5 to 3 hours
7,000+ sq ft: 3+ hours

How are payments made?

Payments need to be made the day of the photo shoot. Payment can be made by credit or debit cards via our online invoicing system. Checks or cash are not accepted.

What happens on cloudy or rainy days?

Cloudy: We Photoshop blue skies for a vibrant and nicely balanced photo.
Rainy: We still shoot the interior photos and reschedule the outside photos for the next non-rainy day.

What is the best time of day to schedule a shoot for?

We want to stay away from having the sun shining right at the camera. When scheduling, we’ll look up which way the front of the house faces to let you know your best options.

Are there any fees for rescheduling or cancelling?

Over 48 hours notice: free
Under 48 hours: $75
Under 24 hours: $150
