Do you still shoot on cloudy or rainy days?
Cloudy: Yes, we Photoshop the skies with a vibrant colorful blue sky.
Rainy: We will shoot the interior photos unless it is an absolute downpour and then return for free for the outside photos as soon as the weather clears.
Do you shoot tenant-occupied homes?
We DO NOT shoot tenant-occupied homes.
Do you communicate via text messages?
All correspondence is done through either email or phone calls.

What is your turnaround time?
Determined from the time of the completion of the photo shoot.
We are off on Sunday for editing: add 24 hours when applicable.
Under 4,000 sq ft: 24 hours
4,000 – 6,999 sq ft: 48 hours
7,000+ sq ft: 72 hours
Video Tours: 48 hours unless over 7,000 sq ft (72 hours)

How long do appointments last?
Under 3,000 sq ft: 30 minutes to 1 hour

How are payments made?
We wait until the morning of appointments to email invoices. Payments need to be made the day of the photo shoot. Payment can be made by credit or debit cards via our online invoicing system.
How are the photos and videos delivered?
We upload photos and videos to Dropbox where you will be able to download the files. We do not upload photos to HAR.
What is the best time of day to schedule a shoot for?
We want to stay away from having the sun shining right at the camera on either side of the house. When scheduling, we’ll look up which way the front of the house faces to let you know your best options.
