What are your fees for rescheduling or cancelling booked appointments?

Over 48 hours notice: No fee
Under 48 hours: 25% of the booked appointment
Under 24 hours: 50% of the booked appointment

Do you still shoot on rainy or cloudy days?

Cloudy: Yes, the outside photos will look vibrant with a blue sky replaced. Photos often look better on overcast days.
Rainy: We will shoot the interior photos unless it is an absolute downpour and then return for free for the outside photos as soon as the weather clears.

What are your hours?

Monday – Saturday
Phone & Email Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
Shooting Hours: As daylight permits
Twilight photos are taken right after sunset time.

What is your turnaround time?

We are off on Sunday: add 24 hours when applicable.
Under 4,000 sq ft: 24 hours
4,000 – 6,999 sq ft: 48 hours
7,000+ sq ft: 72 hours

How many photos are provided for each house?

Under 2,000 sq ft: 32-40
2,000 – 2,999 sq ft: 40-50
3,000 – 3,999 sq ft: 50-65
4,000 – 4,999 sq ft: 60-80
5,000 – 5,999 sq ft: 70-100
6,000 – 6,999 sq ft: 100-130
7,000+ sq ft: 130+

How long do photo shoots last?

Under 3,000 sq ft: 30 minutes to 1 hour
3,000 – 3,999 sq ft: 1 to 1.5 hours
4,000 – 4,999 sq ft: 1.5 to 2 hours
5,000 – 5,999 sq ft: 2 to 2.5 hours
6,000 – 6,999 sq ft: 2.5 to 3 hours
7,000+ sq ft: 3+ hours

How are payments made?

Payments need to be made the day of the photo shoot. Payment can be made by credit or debit cards via our online invoicing system. Checks or cash are not accepted.

How are the photos and videos delivered?

We upload photos and videos to Dropbox where you will be able to download the files. We do not upload photos to HAR.

What is the best time of day to schedule a shoot for?

We want to stay away from having the sun shining right at the camera on either side of the house. When scheduling, we’ll look up which way the front of the house faces to let you know your best options.
