Do you still shoot on cloudy or rainy days?
Cloudy: Yes, we Photoshop the skies with a vibrant colorful blue sky.
Rainy: We will shoot the interior photos unless it is an absolute downpour and then return for free for the outside photos as soon as the weather clears.
Do you shoot tenant-occupied homes?
We do not shoot tenant-occupied homes.
Do you communicate via text messages?
All correspondence is done through either email or phone calls.

How are payments made?
We wait until the morning of appointments to email invoices. Payments need to be made the day of the photo shoot. Payment can be made by Zelle, check, or credit/debit card via our online invoicing system.
How are the photos delivered?
We upload all photos to Dropbox and send you a link. You will not need a Dropbox account to download the photos.
What is the best time of day to schedule a shoot for?
We want to stay away from having the sun shining right at the lens on either side of the house. When scheduling, we'll look up which way the front of the house faces to let you know your best options.
